Christmas in the park is back and we need your help! Each year Christmas in the Park is heavily supported by volunteers to make the night magical. We are looking for volunteers aged 10+(those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian) to fill a variety of roles.

Volunteer Orientation Night (Meet & Greet, Drop-In)

The Christmas in the Park Committee is hosting a Volunteer Orientation Night before the Merry & Bright Festival. Come drop-in anytime within the hour allotted. We encourage as many volunteers as possible to attend! You will see the site in-person, meet some Committee members and get important information for your shift.

Can't make it? We will get you the information you need prior to event day.

Volunteer Orientation Night will be held on Wednesday, November 19 at the Devon Public Library from 7:00-8:00PM.

Do I need experience to volunteer?

Nope! We accept all who are interested. We encourage you to come out to our volunteer appreciation night to learn the ropes. During the event there will also be various committee members and long time volunteers who can support and answer any questions you may have!

How old do I need to be to volunteer?

We accept anyone 10 years of age and older. However, anyone under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present with them during their shift.

Our best family friendly positions are the Game Attendants and the KidZone.

Do I have to volunteer the whole event?

Nope! There are a variety of volunteer shifts available including clean up the day following the event. Most roles have an early shift and a late shift meaning you can still enjoy the event before or after your shift!
